Sequoia Energy brings state of the art to wind testing in Montana


Great Falls, Montana - November 24, 2009 - Sequoia Energy Inc. has brought a unique piece of equipment to its Fairhaven, Montana wind project site that tests wind speeds, direction and turbulence faster and more accurately than traditional methods in the wind industry. Sequoia's Business Development Leader in Montana Ryan Acra says the mobile SODAR (Sonic Detection and Ranging) machine is the only one of its kind in the state and possibly in the mid-west. Sequoia Energy Advances U.S. Wind Farms


Winnipeg, Manitoba - November 23, 2009 - Sequoia Energy Inc. with offices throughout western Canada and the mid-western USA has advanced its plans to build a 150 MW wind project with over 60 turbines in Rolette County, North Dakota about 50 kilometres south of Killarney, Manitoba where it had proposed a wind farm two years ago.
